Instructions for camera-ready paper submission
1. Add one of the following IEEE copyright notices to your camera-ready paper,
at the bottom of the first page (see template at conference web site).
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the
copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright - For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK,
Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-3313-3/16/$31.00

2. Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no
further revision.
3. Check the format of your paper at IEEE PDF eXpress site:
https://www.pdf-express.org/plus/
- While checking the format, use the following Conference ID: 39042X.
- Once you receive the confirmation that the file has passed PDF eXpress
check, use the file approved by PDF eXpress (attached to the confirmation
e-mail) for uploading to the online submission system.
4. Upload your camera-ready paper and fill in the IEEE Electronic Copyright
Form.
5. Registration
In order to be presented at the conference and published in the conference
proceedings, each accepted paper has to be covered by a regular registration
fee. A regular fee can cover one paper only.
